Dan Whitehill is a Los Angeles-based digital media executive and lifelong gamer. Over a decade at NBCUniversal's E! News, he built and led a digital video operation that generated over one billion video views, produced more than 150 videos per week across four YouTube channels, drove $2M+ in YouTube revenue in a single year, and launched a FAST channel on Peacock. He also built a custom CMS and cloud encoding workflow from scratch â because that's what happens when you combine a media career with a serious tech obsession.
Dan's love of gaming started with Missile Command on the Atari and a stint at G4TV. Today he's equally at home on Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and Switch â always hunting for the next great game. Super Mario Bros. 3 is his all-time favorite, though he's a die-hard fan of all things Zelda. When he's not recording, he's hiking with his two dogs, Jax and Woody, building his clothing brand Instant Riot, or getting sniped in Fortnite.

Matt Lord is a media professional from Thousand Oaks, CA and a lifelong gamer who brings encyclopedic gaming knowledge and sharp instincts to every episode. He's the guy who somehow has a hot take ready before the news even finishes breaking â and he's usually right.
Matt loves the full spectrum of gaming â from the quiet intensity of single-player adventures to the chaos of multiplayer matches. Death Stranding and Overwatch are his go-to games, but he's always ready to argue passionately about whatever just came out. Whether on console or PC, Matt brings real-friend energy and honest reactions that keep Good Playing With You grounded in genuine gamer culture.
